Our website is constantly under development and aims to give you as much information as possible about the Practice, those who work with us, the services we offer, how to contact us when you need help, and to keep you up to date with health care services locally.

During April we will be changing our computer system. Everyone who works at the Practice will have to attend training sessions over a period of about three weeks and this means that at times we will be maintaining services with fewer staff available. During this period we need to manage our workload.
You can help us.

1. Please order your repeat prescriptions early. Please take into consideration the Easter weekend. We will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday so please order early.

2. If you have ordered a prescription please allow at least 48 hours before you collect it.

3. If you are concerned about where your prescription is in the system and you have requested Pharmacy collection, please check with the Pharmacist first.

4. Please be patient with us if you have to wait a little longer at the reception desk.

5. Please use the automated check in facility when possible.

6. If you want to see your GP or the Nurse for a routine check please call us at the end of April.

7. Test results - Your GP will only contact you if he is concerned about your results.
Please don’t call us about your results unless your GP has asked you to. If you need the result for your records, please speak to your GP at your next routine appointment.
